Pooly run business. They sub contracted my business to do their work for them after ensuring the business that they... were contracted to that they were going to undertake all of the work first hand. This left the customer unhappy with their lack of honesty. They tried to pile on extra work at last minute which they under sold to us but over charged the customer for and following this they withheld my pay with no explanation until I chased it up myself after payment was due. I spoke to the managing director (laura) directly regarding this issue and her attitude was disgusting as she spoke to me with a total lack of respect in a disregarding manner. She informed me that papers were due to be submitted which I had not been made aware of (I had previously been paid with no mention of these documents) and when questioning how they can withhold the money without informing me she proceeded to speak to me in entire condescension, exclaiming "look, I ain't interested. Just send the papers and get paid or don't. Its upto you".I think she meant "Sorry for the lack of organisation and delay in payment regarding the work your business has undertaken for us Mr. Harris. Somebody should have made you aware that we were withholding your payment and what was needed to be done next".This company had months between quotation and the work being done to organise any necessary documentation. They changed the job description the evening before the work was due with no chance for us to provide a new quote and they are totally disorganised in arranging payments. If they call your business to request a quote, be warned that they will have likely misled the customer you are to meet for them and that they cannot be trusted to forward your payments to you on time. Heaven forbid you would ever need to speak to the lady in charge. They're absolutely not worth the hassle.read more

I have worked for RCB for 7 week because the company that was paying RCB wasn't happy threw no fault of own i ended up... losing my job but RCB have been very helpful when i needed help great company the cleaning products i used seem to be better than other cleaning company's.read more

I have worked for RCB for 4 years now... Great company to work for, they will give you as many or as little hours as... you want.... The staff are very helpful with any issues you may have both work or personal.... Weekly pay which is a definite bonus....
